We can arrange to pick up your robot anywhere in Victoria or alternatively you can send us your machine via courier/post or bring it in.  If you choose our pick up service it’s completely free the only fine print is that you will need to pay the return freight fee of $30, if you do not wish to proceed with the quote provided.
Most of our customers save a lot of money by packing and sending their robot to us with their contact details and a short description about what the fault is.  It’s easy and you save a lot of money not using a third party pool shop that will send your robot to a repairer like us.   So get packing and send it to Dolphin Repairs , 7 Danielle Ct, Vermont South, Vic 3133.  It costs as little as $20 in postage and could save you hundreds in third party markups.
You can also bring your robot to us by contacting our technician on 0427 703 498.
We are a trusted provider with a 5 star google rating, there’s no Dolphin we can’t Fix !
NOTE :  If your Unit is under 2 Years Old, it’s most likely still under warranty. Please send us the serial no of your robot which will normally be found on the chassis when you remove your filter basket or cartridges.   once you have found your serial no just click this link and we will organise the repair for you…  Check Your Warranty
